Doorify Public - Login Dashboard Looping Error – Incident details

Stuck in a loop? When you click a tile like Paragon or Matrix on the dashboard, are you getting looped back to the dashboard?

This is caused by logging out of Paragon or Matrix instead of the dashboard. We are working with our vendor partners to try to address the root cause of the issue.
We recommend you do not log out of either platform directly and, instead, log out of the dashboard and back in at my.trianglemls.com.  At that time, you will be able to select the tile that corresponds to your front end of choice without looping back to the dashboard.
